Hello, My name is Dejenaba Najuma Gordon, MPH,RYT 400.There are 3 things that I Love the most- GOD- Yoga & Dancing. GOD has always provided, Yoga is my tool to destress and Dancing is freedom... Let me say this out loud... Dancing is not about knowing how to Dance...it is about the freedom you experience when you move your body.
Originally from Camden, New Jersey, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, 2009, and a Master of Public Health degree from Drexel University, 2012. I completed two 200 hours Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTT), one from Studio 34 Healing Arts in 2019 and the other with Yoga Chitta in 2023.
I started BEYOGA WELLNESS NETWORK because I wanted to create spaces where people regardless of intellectual abilities and body types can detach from the chaos of the world, calm their minds, and through movement of the body and breath find Freedom. I want to teach people that living simple lives is easy.

All Bodies, ALL People, and ALL Ages. Our allied health and wellness services are adapted to meet individuals' and/or groups’ diverse physical and intellectual abilities and health conditions. We develop custom package to meet the specific needs of organizations.
Our staff is well-trained and uses a mindfulness-based approach to engage all participants while serving with kindness, integrity.
We are mobile and serve the tristate area: NJ, PA, and DE.
Yoga
BE Yoga is an adaptive beginner yoga class. All sessions are built upon the principle foundation of Focus, Stretch, and Endurance. We serve all ages beginning at 3 years old and can adjust for any physical and cognitive ability.
Art Therapy
Provides a creative outlet, promotes social interaction and builds confidence. In addition, art can help with calming emotions, fine motor skills, and better psychological resilience and coping skills.
Mindfulness Workshops
Mindfulness sessions help you to detach from the "TO DO" list and allows you to fully show up in all areas of your life. Learning to just “BE” takes practice and we are ready to guide you through the journey.
Healthy cooking classes offer participants basic cooking skills and the opportunity to learn how food choices contribute to health. Sessions will engage all senses and help to improve with communication, social skills and help to build self-esteem.
Our moto is ''Self Care is not a luxury, It is a necessity". We offer Gentle Force Chair, Table, Private Couple and Corporate Event Massage.
Connecting to the Earth is alway grounding. Come and learn basic gardening techniques to support your MIind, Body and Spirit.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness
